Sooooo i scraped up my bumper by backing into a pole. I got an estimate for it and i assume it would be cheaper for to buy a second hand bumper and just put it on my self. So heres my question. I have an 07 SS/SC, do i have to buy an ss/sc bumper or can i buy a base cobalt bumper and have the stock ss lip bolt up to it?

 

Need an SS bumper cover, the SS lip won't fit the base bumper cover.

 

yes it will. it fit my g5 and its a base

 

whats an SS bumper cover? and it just bolted right up?

 

i cut slits for it to go on but at the moment its bein repainted.
