car dealer ad crap

So my car dealer put their name on my car on the back bumper. Unless they are going to pay me to keep it up there, i want to remove it, but how? I found stuff about the badges, but don't know about this.

If they just put it on, it should'nt be that hard to peel off. Just wax the area after you take it off. When I got my car (came from a diff. dealer) I told them not to put it on, but they did. Well the first thing I did when I got home was to peel it right off, no problems with it. If it is on there good, follow what DaRed said.

I specified to the salesman that I didnt want to see any free advertising on the car.I dont know why people allow it ,they making it off you on the sale.
He made a point of showing me there was none .
If there was I would not of took the car until it was removed.

if its just a decal should peel off even with just a blow dryer cuz it was probaly just put on. But if its a metal one then you will need fishing line or dental flause.

btw i expect rep points lol

The dealer did that too me too even if I asked not to. When I came to pick-it up and sign the final papers, I told him I ain't signing unless you remove that sticker that I asked not to have on, or give me 10$ off a month for the publicity.

He went ahead and removed it.

I hate free advertising that comes with a car when you buy it, I did the same and specified that I did not want the dealer to put a sticker on it but they did anyways, and instead of risking them screwing the paint up by them taking it off I took it off myself...it was very easy just went to the carwash and sprayed at an angle and it came right off.
