the liquid waxes don't seem to last as long if that makes any sense... i have some polymer stuff now and it just doesn't seem to be working very well... i need sumthin that's gonna last thru rain lol... maybe i should use a top coat too instead of just wax alone

maybe im just not using the right stuff lol

and i have lots of swirl marks on my car n i need sumthin that'll cover that up.
well maybe not a lot.. but there are sum on there... mostly on the bumper and trunk... and the school got fertilizer over spray on my car which ate out spots in my clear coat... so... when you get up close it don't look so good at all lol.

Zaino and Meguiars NXT are the two best waxes I have ever used, buy liquid it is much easier to work with. I have used about everything over the years.. If you don't want to spend that much just get some basic Mothers Cleaner wax.

Use good microfibers, don't use terry towels, be gentle. There is like 1000000000 threads on wax on the internet btw...

yeah theres about 10000000000 million pages on info on waxes. get what suits you best. also sealents are nice aswell. wax will offer depth and gloss were as a sealent will offer brightness and clarity. you can use a buildable sealent such as zaino or just a standard sealent and protect it by giving the car a good wax 24-48 hours after the sealent has been applied.

regardless no matter what you buy without the correct prep work a wax or sealent will not last like its suppose to. a good sealent cant last up to 6 months but be ready to spend money. prep meaning a good wash clay bar dry completely apply wax allow proper setup time and then buff or hand polish it off. dont let anyone tell you microfibers are the same either. you cant honestly compare a autozone or target bought cloth to something like cobras microfibers. i will say though the best store bought brand i have found is the pro force towls that i seen at sams club.

yeah i agree i do not like turtle wax either but not everyone wants to spend a lot on waxes and sealents and other products like some of us do.
