you could get cf doors made but if you do please do not allow anyone to drive with you. you will be endagering their lives if you were to get t-boned. The stock doors have a crash bar inside them that makes up for most of their weight. Instead of cf doors just go to a junk yard get a pair of doors and gut them and then put them on for track day.

on that note you can remove the front and rear crash bars. you can also remove the stock fuel tank and get an aluminum fuel cell remove all interior pieces including the dash, a light weight battery, and replace all of your glass with plexiglass. this should set you back about 3 thousand. or you could keep the car full bodied and just put 3k into the engine and get the same results

For them to have a carbon fiber roof, you would have to make essentially the entire frame in carbon fiber.

Last I checked, you cant weld carbon fiber to metal.

They could have however made a carbon fiber roof piece, and used brackets on the metal. then secured it.

I think it'd look hot. But i dont wanna see the price tag.
