Carnauba Wax

Hey guys. I bought the Mother's California Gold Clay Bar kit today at Wal-Mart. It came with the clay bar, quick detail, and a bottle of carnauba wax. Is this good wax to use? Is this a good kit in general?

Any wax is better than no wax.
Make sure to use a lot of lube with the clay.

Always use a lot of lube. Friction is no good and you might get friction burns.

Yeah I read that you should use the quick detail that comes with the kit. I'm not new to the world of detailing cars. I usually wash my car every 2 weeks or so with a wax coming every couple of months. I used to use the Turtle Wax Platinum that was clear coat safe. Then I started using some of the Porsche wax that they give you in their car kit when my mom got a Cayman S. I've read some stuff on here that carnauba isn't good. I've just never heard of clay bar before coming on here. So it basically takes off the micro stuff that is left after cleaning your car? Isn't there a vendor on here that sells detail stuff?
