CCFL projectors EBAY- Projector Aiming problems

i was wondering if anyone is having problems with theyre ebay head lights

my projector's light cut off are all wonky...and i would like to fix that...
AND the right projector's up and down aim screw is stripped...anyone know how to fix that?
would HID solve this problem?!

[Edit pictures]
It was taken on raised plain....so on normal roads....the left projector shoots downwards alot...i wanna make it higher but the right glare of the left projector becomes highbeamish...please help.

Both projectors

Right projector

and left one

The cutoff on the CCFL projectors is not as good as the 1st gen projectors. The only way to fix that is to put a new projector housing in the headlights.

As for the stripped aiming screw.....can't help you there bro. Sorry.

HIDs would just make the cutoff line more pronounced

the cut off is just as good as the 1st gens, i have the 2nd gens they are aimed perfectly and give great output. everyone has to stop saying the cutoff is bad just cause its a newer and actually better style, you still get your dead straight cutoff but on the right side it shoots up this gives better visibility to the shoulder and signs on the right side of the road.

take your time they should aim perfectly, i had no problems what so ever

The glare off to the right of your passenger side headlight is normal for those projectors....so I would not worry about it.

yeah but this is close distance...at far distance...its like a high beam!
plus the left projector's beam aims at the floor too much...at most i can see 1.5 cars of brightness ahead.
but nothing i can do about it cause if i make it higher...the right glare is gonna be even higher.

First off learn how to aim your lights. I suggest you google head light aiming and go from there. I did and found schematics that show you how to do it on a wall.

it looks like there is an issue all together, the cutoof should be straight the shoot to the upper right corner

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa/
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa/
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa/
-------------------------

just like so and both should line up together when you ar at the proper aiming distance.

like i said no problems here

that is not glare on the right that is part of the light pattern which is meant to be there

wow those pics look nothing like my cut off line.... zero ur projectors out by going to the farthest left with all the aiming screws and start one headlight at a time, get the hight right then worry about left and right, then g back to the hight becuase it will change a little, THEN do your right heedlight... just be patient, it prob took me a good couple of hours to get my headlights perfect.

Thank you my friend. People complain about the cut-off line on the 2nd gens all the time. Last time I check, you buy lights to better improve your night time vision, no? So seems to me ppl. are saying one thing and doing the other. (saying its about light output and safety, when flamming cuz it doesn't look as cool as the 1st gens)

all i gotta say is how's your dull halos?

no it has to do with the lens and the cutoff shield...not much we can do, but if you want a straighter cutoff then go with the 1st gen projos and sell those CCFL's
