and blocks your speedo somewhat/looks like a crooked afterthought....sigh....

 

the speedo isnt as important as the tach lol.

 

Especially 130-160 that's rarely used...... troll on.... sigh

hahaha it still looks like a shitty afterthought all crooked on there. the ones on the left and right sides are much better thought out. whatever makes you sleep better at night sweetie!

 

well there use to be cluster pods that mount right in the middle. the koni cars and the ions had them. if i can get my hands one the pod with the shift lights in them i would be a happy person...thats the last thing i need for my interior....that and an egt gauge.

 

lol yea i got a dual steering column pod but as you said ladder tach was mounted there and cluster is in the middle of the dash..there was a ion rl comp pack ladder tach on ebay a few days ago.

 

I like the pillar pods, that other stuff gets in the way and would drive me nuts, plus the pod keeps your eyes on the road.

pillar pods are in the way on a road coarse. gauges cut your sight off when looking into the turn. none the less best thing to do is have a dash pod or like where these are. you shouldnt be watching your gauges all the time anyways. just glances.

 

Just to attribute to whyumadson's work. He is a good friend of mine, and will do quality work. I am 100% happy with my gauge pod, and he installed it for me. That was a fun night!
