CF Hydrodipped Front Bowtie

got bored at a buddies house and the black paint I had wasnt working out well on my bowtie after the summer went through, so we decided to hydrodip it and threw an automotive clear over it! pretty good results I think!

oh, and by the way... if somebody seriously wants it I'd consider trade for stock bowtie + cash on your end. not letting it go for anything under $40 though (better off just keeping it if I cant get that) so fight away CSS

Prefer a stock bowtie myself, but this is an improvement over the played out black for sure.

^gold cf looks good on your car.

I was thinking about doing white carbon fiber but oh well.. I still may do my valve cover and interior trim but I'm waiting to find the right pattern. I'm really shooting for doing a red/black/white digital camo theme, but no such patterns exist yet. Whenver that day comes I'm going to either sell this bowtie or redo it.

its cool but i only paid 25 bucks for a real carbon fiber front bow tie so i can see spending 40 on a fake one. mirror caps however i would.

I wasn't a fan of the craftsmenship on the real ones even though the price was good. call me picky but the fitment was quite off on those from the pics I saw. either way doesnt really matter

who's? Mine was the guy on the forum hand making them. Looks and fit great. The one from buyhid's was horrible.

I think hydrodipped CF looks like ass, but its something.

ill agree to disagree there.. while the real cf looks better, the fitment/shape looked "blah" cuz the lines werent as straight and sharp as OEM.. but whatever I'm not going to drag this on forever, its just my opinion.. lol
