CF wing question
Answer to your first question. No you dont have to take the whole wing off.
Answer to your second question. On the side of the wing there is a somewhat of a trianglar shaped piece. You pop that off (hard as well to do without damaging paint) and there will be 2 bolts per side, Undo the bolts and the centre piece will come out. Replace it with the CF insert and put the bolts and centre parts back on.

Its easy to take off, fishing line, goo gone and a flathead screwdriver with somehting around it like a rag.
I replaced my center peice with one from a black ss/sc wing, no damange, dont have to take the hole thing off, just 4 bolts.

How are they holding up? I'm looking into getting a CF insert too. Is there any "flapping"/"hopping" at speed like the stock one? Clearcoat holding up okay?
Edit: Wow, everytime I ask some questions about it the thread dies...
