Yeah, I know about those. If you read what I was posting about - I didn't like those ones. I want ones that look like the ones on the Sedan I posted a pic of. Notice how the LEDs in the picture you found are behind a red lense? Not what I want.

It's cause if the LEDs are made correctly (IE with the right gas and not using dyed casing) then they look clear when off and red/orange/white when on. That's kinda the effect I think looks sweet.
Here is a sloppy but effective way of showing the diff between what I want it to look like vs what's available:

And those wheels on the sedan aren't the ones from GM tuner source, so are those one offs?

Could be, cause that sedan was/is a concept car.

Wait a minute! After reviewing the following picture closely.......

I noticed that it appears this company uses white LEDs with a clear lense and a red reflective background to make the lights appear red. So, I guess they don't actually use a red lense cover, but the red background with white lights doesn't give the "silver/clear" look I'm after when the lights are off......... Still, it's better than I first thought they were.......1/2 way there, haha.

i beleive that you have to have some type of red reflector on the back to be street legal. so no matter what is made there will have to be red somewhere

ecotecauto.com was making them and even took preorders but i dont think they are around anymore. Not sure what ever happened to them. They claimed they would be making a lot of the concept stuff. Tried to go to their website one day and it was gone. Hopefully no one got ripped off with the preorder cuz i think they wanted like 2 or 3 hundred for them

Just checked and they are now TNT Autosports and I know they have been offering some cool stuff. Check with them

All I would need is neons everywhere and clear lights and I could fit in with all the Civics.

Just my .02
