Ill get better shots when its installed on the car.
I was planning on doing a two row (34 LED's) but I don't think it's going to fit. I'll have to double check on that. That is 18 LED's in that single row. I will try again and see if I can fit more LED's in there.

Nice idea, just was wondering how you go about installing something like that. I could easily wire something like that up. What is the source voltage for the 3rd brake light or are you not using the stock connection? Also what type of LEDs are you using and if you not using the stock connection how are you regulating the voltage for running lights so that the lights are dimmer and get brighter when the brake is applied. I would like to do something like this but place the LEDs in a pattern so that it would spell out COBALT or something sweet like that instead of your basic straight line that you see everywhere.

Actually the LED's I'm using require the LED's to be spaced about 3mm apart. These are spaced 1mm apart. That is for heat dissipation. I'll take a look at working another row of 18 in there and see how that looks. I'm not to sure if it'll fit but I'll test again with Andy0405.
Thanks!

You guys forget that the lense isn't in front of the LED's once the lens is there the light will be more spread out. Again i'll look into adding more LED's and the spacing. Thanks
