Im sure they did, if not they are going to have alot of masking to do. Its one of the best shops ive seen in my area. Only know of another close to my house. but the one thatsl the car is at painted the car and they did a pretty good job on it before hand so im not worried. I honestly havent seen the car since i made the thread tho

 

Made a pretty rookie mistake by having solid primer edges. Even after it's sanded smooth it can show up in the final finish.

Not removing bumpers is super lazy. I'm pretty sure insurance pays for them to remove them and if they don't they can get in trouble. Cause here we have too.

edit. They also sprayed your exhaust....

 

Well im sure if they dont remove the bumpers im still going to be able to see the old paint and that would be unacceptable in my book. Plus the car is getting a complete color change so they have to remove the bumper to get that frame part in the engine bay.

Idk about the primer stuff to comment on that

Thanks rice i will say the retros will be the accent color for the car. To bad weather is kinda bad today seems like its going to rain i hope it doesnt ruin any of the progress they where going to do

 

yeah, I was gonna comment on the bumpers not being removed..i hope it wasn't shown but were removed.

its gonna rain the next 2 days into the weekend. body shops wont paint in this much humidity.

 

Well car is painted already needed some touch up on the front bumper tho and interior trim was supposed to be painted yesterday maybe today all my interior will get put back together

 

sounds good. since its being worked on in this humidity, remember to give it a good walk around....I know you might miss it...but check it out completely.

 

Yup thats what i did yesterday but before today weather has been really nice. He told me he had a few issues with the parts that used to be plasti dipped. So thats what he has to do the touch ups on. As of yesterday he was missing to paint the interior trim and wing

Thanks guys!!! it looks even better person. Still needs some work so thats the reason why im looking at getting her back till next week, but im still hoping they get get done by saturday, interior should be put back together today and the back as well. For sure the wait is going to be worth it :
