Color Changing Headlights!

So I just finished the first one baking the second one right now almost done I will post pics in about 30 minutes of the two headlights installed on my Metallic Amythest cobalt.

Here are the primliminary pictures of the first headlight. First pic is with the straight on look, looks black. Second one is under a light in my apartment, appears same color as car!

they have it at autozone in the duplicolor section I saw it the only color they DONT have is mine, which is Metallic Amythest. They just so happened to have an almost identical in the color changing paint tho so I put it on top of some black paint and black primer under that and topped it off with some clear.

eh it doesn't even have a gray grill in there... The top grill insert above the bumper is broke from where my car was smashed in. The bottom doesn't ahve the grill in there yet that is the radiator. I guess I am going to paint it either Charcoal gray or the same color as the headlights I dont think I have ever seen something like that before...

Those lights look great.
Now I have to say that when I saw the picture of a skinney white kid with his underwear up to your belly button and that body kit, I was like oh no. But your badge design and what you did with your lights make up for the way your girl dresses you. The kit well.....

Eh go back and check, cuz I just did after you said that. I maybe skinny but my boxers are at least 4 inches below my belly button. The pants below the boxers, that is a technique that I employ from the "old-school" commonly referred to in the USA (United Streets of America) as "sagging." Now, as uncommon as "sagging" may be now a day, I still employ this technique and use it to my advantage whenever possible. When employing this techinique used in combination with the "No-shirt" side modification, I generally notice a boost of 3:1 PPW's (***** Per Week's). It is not an easy combination to pull off, but, being skinny as I may be, I do not have unappealing modifications done to my mid-area known commonly as "Beer-belly" or "Love-handles". This factor is not achieved by the denial or non-consumption of any alcoholic beverages, but simply by having a stock upgrade known as "High Metabolism". If you contact your dealer, you can ask her why she did not bless you with the same genes. The front bumper? I will not defend my purchases anymore. But as I said earlier, don't hate.

No the red is a 2.0 SS/SC... Check the rims they are swapped I convinced her to do it with what I told the other guy were my "modifications."

By baking them, I used cobaltcowboys advice and turned my oven on to 200 degrees and put them in originally for 25 minutes, and disassembled for only 10 minutes. This heats all parts to the right temp to remove the extra goop and such. I was very happy with how well this worked, and against what everyone said, received no burn marks from the oven or anything equivalent. Not sure what temp this plastic melts, but I would recommend this over using a blow dryer. Only problem I had was with prying them apart. It is very hard and hurts your fingers, and also watch for the silicon to not drip onto your inside parts. ALSO!!!! Did not worn that I broke the clips on the outside by trying to use screwdrivers and such to hold the clips out while I pryed apart. The clips are useless if you seal it good but just letting everyone know. Also I broke a single clip on the side piece that is orange when removing it. No idea what to do different the first one came out like a charm the second one was more snug. It took me a total of 4.5 hours to do both, that is putting one in the oven at a time. It also stinks a bit but dries your paint faster and seems to work good so enjoy.

!EDIT! No the fixture and main piece or whatever is easy to a point. It does include a lot of pulling but that is because the silicon is holding you from all points. If you really want to do it and plan a time to do it and buy all the necessary equipment, then just do it. Don't get scared neither part will break as easily as you think.
