Yeah I saw those, in the Cobalt accessories. They don't look too bad.
I would have to see those in real life though. Can't wait to see the pics.

This will give you an idea of what it looks like. The lightening is avalible in blue, and yellow on the black background. So far this is the only pic they have. Aparently red is only in solid.

Looks like the dash kits are gonna go for around $200.00 but you all know how GM pricing can change tomorrow.

You can also get the parts seperatly as well. You'll need your vin# when you look it up to make sure you get the correct parts.

Rick

There are 3 different sets. The ones like in the pic that goes around door window buttons,
Aournd the shifter, and the only description that dash set gives me is this...

Trim pkg interior. includes I/P acsry bezel, 3 I/Ptrim plts & instructions.

I know its kinda vague but thats all it says. Its supposed to replace all the nickel silver dash parts.

For right now this is all I got, they just went on sale as of today so not much detail info is avalible yet.

LOL! yeah I figured it was something like that.

I just wish GM had more info for me to pass along to you guys but so far this is the extent of the pics they have.

I think someone needs to buy the whole kit and post pics.

Any GM dealership or they should be on GM accessories. whatever by now too. Just BE VERY CAREFUL if you decide to order the dash set by yourself! Their are several different sets depending on your cars options. You WILL need your cars RPO codes to correctly order these online.

Or if you go to your dealer make sure you bring your VIN# so they know what set you need.

Very nice. I may buy the red.
Question: which model is the one shown in the picture? An LS? I don't have that lock/unlock button. Just curious...

Im pretty sure that the red does NOT come in the lightning design
i just got a booklet from GM with all the accessories in it, and noticed these as well
a big step up from chipped silver

you don't have the automatic locks... do you have the base? you have to put the key in to unlock it probably, right?

if yours are chipping it is covered under warrenty. they replaced mine with new ones and while at it put in a ring to stop the door leather from lifting

they refused to cover mine, they said its considered wear and tear, is there a TSB for it?
and they put the ring on the door for me, but only the passanger side, so it doesnt even look right

i think they would look much better if they offered them in a solid color, or even if they color matched the car...
