Condensation in front right headlight

I never opened up my headlights to paint them or for any other reason, and today after washing and waxing my balt, i noticed condensation in my headlight. I have washed my car dozens of times and NEVER had that happen before.

Any ideas what caused it? I mean obviously the seal, but why the hell did it all of a sudden leak...

P.S. 36,000 warrantee ran out 10k ago... :/

I had the same thing happen, I think the seal gets worn out and dry, then gets cracks that let moisture in. Get a tube of clear silicone caulk, clean the seal area well and run some caulk around. Let the light sit out in the sun with the bulbs removed so the moisture can evaporate out, and you will be good to go no more fogging up

Like you said, probably the seal took its toll and finally wore off the plastic. Or maybe you have a hole leak somewhere. Most likely if water got in there, air will eventually dry it up.
