Confused on HALO kits

Was looking at the EBAY Halo kits... they all look the same.

Question...
1. Is it a true halogen kit?

2. If not (I really suspect not.) any problem putting HID bulbs in them?

NO!

The HALO HID's are 100% plug and play.

I have a set and so do many others and they install in about 20min or so.

Did you want to reccomend a vendor that you got yours from? Even if it was an e-bay vendor I like to purchase from companies with a good record.
