I found this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=toul2jzmXYY video showing an Equinox starting up and the gauge doing this cool dance thing to the chime and was wondering if there is a setting on the Cobalt for it to do that as well. Even though people who commented the video said its a custom gauge, I dont think its because ive seen the guage do that in a G6.

most after market digital gauges these days have a full sweep startup....check out autometer's gauges and i think the AEM afr gauge does this too

 

some cars do that from the factory. ive seen it in cadilacs and some impalas. not all cars do it tho. usually the upper models of some vehicles.
