some of you have seen my painted interior, some have not... i know i'm one of the first to call rice, so let me preface this with the reason i painted... we all know how the silver interior starts to flake, so i decided to fix it... painted it blue... only problem, is the blue came out a little "bright"... haha... that's being nice... anyways, i got some new paint today, and matched it to the exterior a little better... isn't exact, but you can't really tell the difference... here's some before and after, and keep in mind the after was taken in the dark with a shitty camera phone... i'll have better ones tomorrow in the daylight and once it's dried... looks much better now...

i know it's a crappy camera phone pic, but you can see the new color on the stereo trim vs. the old color on the piece by the shifter... i think it came out great! it's a little darker than the exterior, but i like it...

i cant wait to release my interior.... you guys have seen my CF obsession but it will grow frther as time goes on...... i am buyying new pieces for the interior this winter, new seats, new doors *cough maybe some cf to go with those cough* mats dash, everything its going to be sic, headunit for xmas i think.... or money towards it.... alpine 6.5 in double din

I think the painted interrior looks sick im going to do that when i get the $$ to order the vic red spray paint form my dealer. It should look pretty nice when im done in a non rice way.

ok, it looks really, REALLY bad... very splotchy, doesn't have the metallic chips in it anymore... i don't know what the hell happened but it looks like absolute ****... guess i'm doing it over...

 

after reading the can, it said to ONLY paint in temps between 68 and 98... well, i left it outside to dry in the garage, so i'm hoping that's why it came out so bad.. i'm going to retry one of the pieces in the appt tonight and see how it comes out...
