DDMTUNING....your slackin'

i ordered 9007 5k bulbs from ddmtuning...they clearly sent me 4.3k bulbs...reason i know that they are 4.3 and not 5k b/c i already have 5k and 5k is pure white....the bulbs that they sent me were not pure white but 4.3k. Well ddmtuning has done this to me before and i have got a exchange. Now when i try to do this exchange(idk why it would be any different) they try and tell me that from the pictures that i sent them the bulbs that they sent me met the specs...actaully heres the email...

Hello,

I received this "empty" email.

We are reviewing your photos for your warranty claim and will be in touch. My quick review of the photos indicate that the bulbs are within manufacturing specifications for the bulbs.

If you don't want any yellow color, the best option is to install the 6000K bulbs.

Thank you,

Brian

AND HERES THE PIC I SENT THEM WHEN YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE DIFFERENCE!!!

DDMTUNING WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO STOP SUCKING?

never, ddm is cheap crap, and they keep getting worse every year. The bulbs they use aren't even close to spec anymore. I ordered a set of H1 5000k bulbs a while ago. Mine were the wrong color too. Plus, the glass case on the bulb was too big and didn't fit into the projectors I was installing them in. They suck now, plus their new bixenon setup is a pain to install.

Also just noticed that new bulb you're using throws way more glare than the old one.

Had many great purchases with DDM.

I personally love the fact that the Raptor kit costs $25, the price of Sylvania Silverstars.

I don't have the Raptor kit, I love the slim ballasts and don't mind paying the extra couple dollars, and I've never had an issue with a 5k 9007 high low, 2 6k 9007 high low, H10 3k fog kit, H11 3k fog kit, and a couple misc. others.

Hmmm.

this is why you buy from a approved vendor and not from ddm because its cheap...

you get what you pay for man...especially with stuff electronic.

god when will people learn.

Because not everyone like myself personally has problems with ddm. It has nothing to do with being a vendor or not to put out a good product.

did it happen to come with a big piece of double sided tape? if so thats ur mounting hardware. what would u liek them to give you? I made a bracket for mine by cutting a piece of sheet metal bought at Ace hardware for like $2, putting it on a bench and hitting it with a hammer to make 90* bends, and made a bracket for the ballast to sit in and drilled a hole and mounted it

Uhhhhhh..... what?

you mean that plastic casing they screw on top of it? your suppose to take that off. The bulbs are matched to the size required to fit the headlight. They should have fit.

lol, the PLASTIC case is there to protect the bulb.

Listen I got DDM tuning 4300K for my fogs and BUYHIDS 4300K for my headlights. There was NO color difference and they are pure white.

There they are. color difference? no.

Fogs and low beams on... no color difference.

Pure white no color difference. If your seeing a hint blue/purple, its cause this photo was taken at the cutoff line.

4300K low beams.. another angle of the light output. How is that not pure white?
