1. ddm is fine, they sell so many hid kits obviously a few people are going to have problems

I've had a DDM 6k kit in my car since April, when I got my retros done and have not had any problems with them at all. I like the fact that they are very reasonably priced and come with the lifetime warranty. Looking into getting their 3k kit for my fogs after Christmas probably.

Dude, there stuff doesnt suck. Its actually pretty high quality for the price and not alot of other HID vendors I know can compete with their products and their prices.

 

i dont think it does. hell i have a set of 4500k and 3k in my car from them, and havent really had a problem. i was just saying he put this on here to warn others that their product can be iffy.

NEWS FLASH ******* I SENT ALL THESE PICS TO DDMTUNING AND I CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THEY TOLD ME "FROM THE PICS THAT YOU SENT US THE 5K BULB THAT WE SENT YOU IS OF SPECS".


From the pics that i put up you can tell the difference between the 4500k and the 5000k ddmtuning customer support is trying to tell me that the yellow bulb they sent me is a 5000k even though in the pics you can clearly see that its yellow!!!

iv aimed my headlights down and nobody flashes at me so thanks smartass

ddmtuning is trying to tell me that these both are 5000k......WTF?!?!?!?!!? the left side is 5000k and the right is 4500k and you can clearly see the difference that they are NOT both 5000k....anyone else agree with me that these are both NOT 5k

 

Lol. People complain about us yet never purchased anything from us or exp. Our customer service which is by far better and it obvious here. Oh well were just cobalt owners like ya'll

Post this ish on DDM's fb page...I've noticed that when people raise hell the problem usually gets fixed quickly.

 

I've known about 8 kits among myself and friends from DDM... ZERO issues.

 

i know lots of people who have vizio televisions with no problems...doesnt mean im going to buy one cuz everyone knows they are ****.

I have 2 DDM kits on my car. 6k headlights dual function, and 3k fogs. Only problems I had is that the high beam actuator didnt work, so I wired it into my factory high beam wire. Took 5 mins and works fine now. Also have many friends that use their kit. Seems to just be hit or miss I guess...
