Decal on fender?

I use to work for a Chevy dealership. Some of the vettes would come in with a decal on only one side of the fender. Then when I got my Cobalt, a few had a decal also. What does this mean?

No. It's like a big strip and a lil strip. It's on the passenger side. slanted

hahahah yeah, thats a tribute to the old C4 vettes that had those, i didn't know that some cobalts came from the factory with them like that. crazy dealers. there are some people on here though that have put them on their cars themselves

I see. thats weird. But I work at Toyota now. and yesterday we received a Yaris ONYX EDITION. It had the same strip. thats what stroke my attention. I wonder what the YARIS is tributing? lol

the cobalts tribute to the old Cavailers.
