One note about the NC law. It is a misdemeanor charge, not an infraction. Straight from a cop buddies reference book.

NJ's isn't all that bad actually. No limit on the rear 3 and nothing on the front 2, but mine are all done anywayz.. I have 5% back 3 and 20% front 2 which is pretty darn dark, then 5% tint strip on the windshield, I'm like a vampire, I need that ****
