Mind doing a small write up as well? I've never used a gritted clay bar. I've always used just the meguiars clay bar kit.

i used very little when i tested the buffer out on my hood and it worked out great, it would perfect to use as your finishing polish after correcting any swirls and imperfections.. and as for the sealent it hasnt even been open. i also have 7 pads and a 6in adapter from the starter kit all brand new.. lol sorry im not tryin to threadjack you. just thought you may be interested in some of this if ur serious about getting into detailing

technically yes, gotta start somewhere. In all honesty if u wanna pick it up, go to autogeek.net and look up the porter cable 7424 random orbital buffer and watch the how to videos and different techniques, when starting out these can be very helpful. You will be able to find a bunch of different videos on there with different products and compounds as well, So if ur thinkin about getting into i would suggest doin some research and getting familiar with it on there and then take it to the garage practice and experience will help a lot. You will find what works best for you and what techniques allow you to move the quickest with the best results. I have a Black Srt 4 to do this weekend and i will post some pics up in here when finished
