Did evo mod with vinyl... sick bro
got some flat black vinyl from ebay, cheap price by the foot, pretty strong malleable stuff. decided to go this route because i'm just not ready to paint anything and plastidip... meh. so suck it or suck up! but without further adue, here it is. it was a ***** to do, but we got it done in like 4 hours LMAO and the lip is perfect because we used soapy water to get it in better, the upper part has a few little wrinkles and bubbles but hey, it was our first endeavor into this. just testing the waters. what yall think?

I heart my "evo/kia/grand prix/whateverthefuckyouwanna call it" mod regardless if it's"played out".I mod my car for me to like. Not everyone else.Sure it's a plus if other people like it but your the one paying for it.

cant find a pic off the top, but i can explain it...
its basically the rear lip from the exhaust tip to the opposite side, like the whole portion inbetween and under the rear grilles. ill post a pic once i do it

I tried with vinyl and it kept turning out like crap. Enlighten how you get around all the cracks, edges and whatnot, or did you just cut out a really good template? I've been tempted to remove the lip from the bumper to get a better finish.

FLAT BLACK VINYL Roll Sheet Kit Adhesive Sticker Decal | eBay
then, for the bottom lip i took rough mesurements, kindof drew a template on the backside of the vinyl, cut kind of a wedge into it, then 3 ribs so it fits in nice and snug. LOTS OF TEST FITTING. once i was sure we had the right design, i used soap water, sprayed the area down, laid the vinyl in and squegeed out the water also using a heat gun till it was dry. bout the same concept for the top. when it was all stuck on there we went in with a razor to cut the sides and make it nice. the bottom lips perfect, the top has a few bubbles and wrinkles because we were rushing. hope that helps
i know man... illinois... illinois...

cut a 8" metal bracket with a 90 degree bend going horizontally, 3m taped it to the underside of the top part of the 'lip', then 3m taped my old LP harness to it (or drilled) then took a zip tie and secured the top to the car hooking into something behind the bumper, idk. easier than it sounds and if u ever undo it theres no damage
EDIT: and i know its diagonal in the pics, i didn't reapply it right at first
