The lower part/extension of the 2.4/Sport rear bumper fascia is a grille insert and only fits the 2.4/Sport 2-door rear Fascia. It will not fit on a LS/LT rear fascia -- I tried to put one on my 06 LS.

AM37 Rear Bumper Fascia PN 12336077
AM37 Rear Extension PN 22730028
Screw that holds extension PN 11609406 (6 ea)
nut that holds extension PN 11513599 (4 ea)

here is an off the wall question ....my bumper has a recessed lip on the bottom of it. it looks as though the black part of the above bumper would fit into it , and just need to be screwed in......its a cobalt LT ....YES or NO?

Re-read the first sentence in my post (#7) above^^^^

The extension is too wide and would have to be cut in half and shortened AND it does not follow the contour of the recessed area on the LS/LT. I tried 2 years ago to install one...
