Anyway what do you guys think? Ive got some color match paint on the way but I've also had a couple people tell me to keep them black. I may paint the ones in the door and leave the trunk black. Then again I may just take them off...haha i dont know.

I wish I could do this, but having no keyless entry makes it somewhat hard (not leaving my doors unlocked all the time).

I'll have to install an aftermarket system and possibly try this.

Talking

they came in a pack of 9 at autozone. I dont have the package anymore but its something like gm and chrysler fasteners or something like that. at autozone they come in a orange package for I think $2-3. I also believe they can be found at lowes in the hardware section. As far as getting them to fit, all I did was trim some of each 2 sides off and sanded them down a little til they fit right in the lock. The one on the trunk I plan on using some double sided tape to make it stay cuz it wants to move a liitle

oh yeah there is a how to over at the g5club.net forum. I think its on the first page. I would link to it but Im just on the ps3 and done know how to copy the link in.

Just yank one off and put it back on later. You aren't going to put anything over the keyhole itself (no glue or other substance that you can't get off) so you won't have to worry about the key not working.

Ok so it's just pushed in. I would probably do the trunk but don't see the point in doing it on the doors. You can't hardly see the keyhole anyways there cuz it's sunk in

Thumbs up

Well I was actually able to find the package along with the receipt(sp). They retail for $2.29 plus tax.
