since were on a thread about ebrake handles.. anyone know how hard it is to fix your ebrake wire when it snaps?? lol.. i just tightened it down until it held the car on a hill.. i think that is failing slowly.. but i also want to upgrade the ebrake handle since i took off the POS plastic one too im diggin the ideas sooo far! im thinkin the whole leather wrapped around some foam attatched to a red boot would be pretty badass!

there is a 10mm nut that can be seen at the base of the ebrake lever when in the up position, tighten that, also check to make sure the cables are but crooked in the bracket

easy, just jack up rear end, loosen that same nut, and disconnect cables from underneath and at calipers

BTW you may try loosening that nut and making sure the cables from the rear are parrellel in the 2 cable to 1 cable bracket

Yeah I may eventually buy a different handle for the e-brake but I'm not sure yet. But those momo handles are crazy expensive. I won't pay that price for one.

LS6, I've seen the pitsop handle on eBay for $100. But I've also heard that other momo handles will work as well. Don't quote me on that though cause I can't remember where I read it.
