So I was scrolling through ebay, and I see a picture that looks very familiar. They are selling their Billet Grill Combo and I guess they pulled my picture off of Car Domain. They photoshopped the edges a little bit, but it's definitely my ****ing picture! lol. I guess I'm flattered that they wanted to use it. Just thought it was funny

hahah they wont pay you, specially like someone mentioned if its on photobucket or some other site they are open to anyone. You could tell ebay they are your pics and they could be forced to stop using them at best.

agreed. It's how they get around copyright issues.. I have to do that every now and then too, but at least mine don't look like complete ass..

 

Yah, they definitely did a shitty job at photoshopping. I wish they would have taken one of my better pics after I removed that ugly ass license plate holder. I emailed the seller and asked where they got it from, haha

 

they actually become the property of the parent site. so they would need the approval of JohnnyB to use a picture that was hosted on CSS, and likewise for photobucket and others
