If you really wanna jazz up your engine bay, here are a few ideas.
1) Polished aluminum CAI. Ingen makes one for the 2.2
2) Take all the plastics out, lightly sand them, paint them with two coats of heat resistant paint close to the color you want, lightly sand with very fine paper, coat of paint in color you one, and coat of heat resistant clear. Reinstall.
3) MRZ polished aluminum and polished steel trim pieces.
4) Replace all your rubber hose with silicon hose.
Before you do all this, figure out what color you want to use as your accent and stick with it.

Give them a lil scrub with sandpaper first to make em slightly rough and make sure the high temp paint you use can be used on plastic. If it can, your golden since the final color will on the high temp paint.
Cobalt guy... you have a 2007 LT? Check to see if you have SAI. It would be a second smaller hose coming off of your airbox. if you do not have this, no worries. If you do, you are limited to the Intake you can put in. Currently, only K&N is compatible with the SAI tube, or you could install a breather filter.
I checked this morning and i didnt see another smaller hose... and yeah, thats the air intake i was looking at.. it looks great and hopefully i can order sometime this upcoming week.
