I saw FTL cuz it looks bad but it does serve as a useful piece for inconsiderate ******** that open their doors into yours

Chances are that they will miss the strip due to different door heights and curves. I left mine on. Makes no difference to me if they are there or not.

I have it and still got a dent in my door, those strips serve no purpose what so ever becuase they are to low on the door

I plan to take them off someday, but I'm scared of someone hitting my door. Someone already made a dent in my rear quarter panel, making me shell out $100+ for something that shouldn't have been there to begin with... ********...

Ok, so I did this yesterday. OMG does the car looks so much better. Now it has a nice smooth mirror finish on the doors without that piece breaking up flow of the door.

I absolutely suggest you do this if you have not. I finished it in under 45 minutes. little fishing string, bug and tar remover, hair dryer, goo gone and quick detailer.

i though the same thing untill i got a ding with the molding on... at that point, i figured **** it if it's gonna happen either way, may as well just take it off. i think it looks much better with it off.

took mine off after work which was @ midnight lol, after being up till 1 am ish taking it off, i was happy with my choice. looks much more clean w/ out it.

looks alot cleaner with out it. thats why i originally went for the ss. just cuz the base models looked so ugly with it on.
