Eyelid Picture Thread

Like the title says.. But please post some good, upclose pics that I may be able to get ideas from and how everyone will want these. I know someone with a vinyl machine that will give me a huge deal.. Like my stuff is free most of the time. I will then pass this deal on to you. Probbly just pay him a few dollars plus shipping. They may even fit in a bit oversized envelope for cheap shipping.

here's some pic's of mine. (not done to the best of my capabilities, started to curve near the middle, which I did not except) There was a cop that pulled me over once, said that he liked the eyelids, lol, and alotta ppl at school gave posotive comments about it.

Thnx, the night driving is alright. When I first put these on, I noticed later on at work, that the light was sapping through the sides and a little under the hood, so I had to cut lil strips and it took alotta time covering that up. but now its all good. Although I wanted vinyl, these are just a quality sticker. After a year or two of driving fast behind other cars on the higway, stone chips are gonna appear through the eyelids and im probably going to have to replace them(prob. use vinyl if it happens)

that grill is sweet, what did you do to it. How is everyone lining up the eyelids. What are the usinf the front and side of the hood lines or what

I am going to try and make a few templates this week/weekend and get a few pairs cut out. I'll see what i can do.

He used gutter screen from home depot. Alot cheaper than buying mesh from a speed shop, looks just as good.

I really mean no offence to any one, but I have to ask this. Why do you guys like these eyelids? They seem really silly to me. I just don't get it. Again, I'm not bashing on anyones choice to put these on or anything, I am just curious, because I seem to be missing something.

Just something different, I like fastss's because it follows the hood lines, headlights are way too big compared to everything else IMO.

grill

I didn't buy the grill, I was experimenting with my dremel and that is what i came up with.....I cut away the middle fins, and sanded down the edges, I painted the edges silver just to break it up a little bit...Just had to be careful not to screw up......i'm sure GM wants an arm and a leg for a replacement grill

and as TimDang said......the mesh is from Home Depot (gutter guards), getting the mesh to stick to it was a pain in the a$$
