Well thats it for the season for me. Storage in 2 weeks and im driving my beater sunfire.

Here are a few mods within the last couple months since last posting.

This was not the best mod but it only costed 12 bux off ebay. They are little led underglow lighting. Looks aight in person but shitty in pics. I also baught those interior lights but not a big fan of them (there blue as well)



Second I went ahead and ordered the carbon fibre trunk. I stuck with the straight black and grey theme seeing i did a blue weave on the hood and it did not show up enough as anticipated. I also stuck with the transformer theme and put the autobots emblem


Third this was my far by far FAV project.
Since the stpuid led's on the halo kept burning out i decided to replace them with the CCFL halos instead. (Thanks to a great hookup). I also figured hey since i did a BMW theme why not add the AUDI theme to it as well so i did. And i love them, I get quite alot of attention with them. Wiring and tinkiring was a pain in the **** but so worth it.

Underhood color matched parts is so lame. Just take them off and polish the valve cover.

The Halos, OK. But Audi????? Come the f'k on. 1) It's painfully obvious from your hideous recreation that you know NOTHING about the Audi LEDs or what they mean and 2) If you knew what they meant, you'd know why they have no freakin business on a G5. It's exactly like the people who put the Grand Sport stripes on their Honda.

Oh damn that sucks cause my friend wants a G5 but wants a sedan but doesn't want a cobalt. And also I think his car is fine, and has a nice theme going on. However I do think it's a little too light of a blue on the engine and trim. I'd go darker but if the OP likes the color then don't change it. Also I like the headlights. Seriously who cares if audi did it. He modified it him self. He made it a little project of his and that's what I like about them because they are custom.

 

i'm liking the custom headlights .. i'm thinking about doing something like that with a projector retrofit

As for me doing the headlights, READ when I say "audi theme" copy of. It was not meant to look like an audi you jackass. And if it was such a big deal then why don't you punk everybody else off on the site who baught the halo headlights, cause as far as I could remember they originally came from a BMW. You seem to not understand the word MODIFY very well. Take a look in a dictionary.

As for a the autobots emblem with the decepticon saying on the back. Im pretty sure I said wait and see cause it aint done yet. Other then that i see no point to this forum if all you would like to do is bash other peoples creativity and ideas. If your so supreme to whatever it is you do with cars then i so bow down, cause to me it looks like I wasted the last 8 yrs. of my life in the aftermarket show industry in Ontario Canada, for nothing.

Now im gonna rant. If you ever go to a car show (which seems like you don't) then you would realize judges look for originality, dedication, determination and skill. Since the Honda dominant days of the underground world. Judging has just become a mere waste of time cause everybody was adding the same parts with a different color. Now judging has changed the way the industry goes. More classes have opened up and just about any car is being modified. So if you think hiding behind a computer screen with your stupid punk glorified moment will get you respect then I personally invite you to be a judge at an upcoming car show over here. It won't be hard for me to get you in trust me. Then you can rant as much as you want. thanks.
