Filling in spoiler holes

So i'm getting a high-rise wing and will be taking my low-rise off here in a little bit. I've got to go pick the wing up tomorrow, then take a few days to get it painted. Any suggestions as to what I use to cover up the holes in the trunk so I don't get water/other gunk in them while the wing is off?

Push clips also known as Christmas tree clips. Thats what I used till I got my wingless trunk. (Couldn't stand the highrise). But any auto parts store will have them.

Yeah I mean if it's only for a couple days, no need to go buy something to try and make it look good.

Thanks for the input guys. Ended up getting push clips, which worked pretty well. Should be picking up the spoiler tomorrow, i'm just not sure how long it'll be before I go get it painted. Doing the centerpiece flat black and leaving the sides and base yellow.
