fl 05 front bumper

I just got my 05 ss/sc front bumper replaced from an accident. I just noticed that there are little dimples where the screws for a front tag are suppose to go. I didnt notice this on my old one. Is this on all bumpers, did I get the wrong bumper, or did I just miss it on my original one?

just didn't notice it. they don't make them different for different states where laws vary. they're all the same.

it was on there.. it took me a min to see mine and when i did i was like WHAT THE FEEZY... but yeah... there arent any state specific bumpers.. its all the same
