cant you just clean them from the inside out. Is there a way to take out the cover?

the problem is on the outside not inside.

Oh! Gotcha. Just take them out and buy a aftermarket ones that fit the hole. Probably hard to find. Just MO.

try to find brand new original ones and then put that clear protective film over them so it doesnt happen again

I bought Piaa 004 XT Extreme Whites.
First off the light out of them is awsome,
Second, when you pull the foglights off, there is a plastic casing around the front of them, you can see this if you look at them, its part of the aiming feature. The piaa's fit into this casing like a glove and at first glance you can't even tell there not stock, not untill you get up close and see the PIAA writen across .
Oh yeah the best thing was I used the stock wires/switch, I just taped into the wires right at the fog light in the front bumper and was able to keep a stock appearence on the dash, aftermarket switches are so ugly (IMO)
