I was planning on ftackling this deal this weekend.

So far my issue is where to power them. The engine compartment fuse panel has a fuse for fog lights, so I was planning to run it into there.

Second is location, if you get under the lower grill on the front fascia, you'll see two of those black clippy deal right where a nice set of fog lights might go!

My plan was to pop out those clips and bolt the foggies through the already drilled holes.
If all goes well, I'll have a how-to for it next week.

i was removing the interior trimming and I discovered that I have the wiring for the fog lamp, just not the switch, I have an LT without fog lights so im just going to buy the switch from chevy, plug it in and check the connections under the hood near where the factory fog lights would go see if I got power, i havent checked the fuse or power yet, I just know the wiring is there.

Hello

Have an '07 LT Cobalt (2dr) without foglights. Anyone ever figure out if you could add them, and if so what's the best way?

I've heard that you can replace the side grilles with factory one's containing the hole for the foglight. If this is the case, does anyone have any part numbers and then I suppose I'd need part numbers for the factory fogs etc...

Thanks!

Looks good. Did you try putting the fogs behind the middle grill? I think that'd look pretty sweet.

On yours it looks like the grille's are part of the molded bumper, on mine they look as though they are removeable. That's why I was wondering if I could replace the removeable grille's with one's that have fog light openings.

Yes you can, just go to any dealer parts department and have them order them for you. They are about 20 for each side
