it's illegal to have clear turn signals. Your turn signals have to be amber or yellow colored.

What exactly are you going for, anyway?

The lens is colored so it doesn't matter what color bulb you stick in it its gonna look amber.

Well my 07 didn't and the 07's I've seen at the dealer last week didn't. All but 2 of them that is, so IDK they may be doing away with that silly amber lens but I can't say for sure.

i've seen both on the new 07's no lens and lens. mine came with a lens. i think it is only the ss/sc.
also to the original poster. if you take your headlight apart you can remove the orange lens fairly easily. then you can get silver sprayed bulbs that glow orange. that what i have. you can see them in my gallery!

There ya go. There are plenty of threads on how to take apart your headlights for painting and removing the amber lens. I know the replacement bulb number is mentioned in some of them

Not in Maryland! I looked for CT but couldn't find the law. Im changing my turn signals to white and taking out that amber crap. I think it makes the headlight look cleaner.

Ill keep looking for other states.

Our turn signals are 3157, I actually have silverstars that are all metallic and weird diff colors, but they light up amber, so Silverstar FTW

nice find. But you should point out that they have to between white and amber on the color spectrum, and the rear ones have to be between amber and red.

also I'm not sure this will get you off the hook when traveling between states. Probably, but there's always that chance.

well they are illegal depending on where you live. im in san antonio and the color for the turn signals can either be red, amber, or white. i have 3157 red led's on the turn signals and pure blue 194 bulbs on the side of the headlight. had them on for like 5 months and the cops dont say anything. i could post pics if you want so you can check it out......

Yeah. It depends on where you live apparantly, and it matters if the local Law enforcement even CARES.
I've been running Luminec's 6000k Pure blue Headlights and Foglights in for six months. They're technically illegal here but I've never even looked at twice for having them in
