Front Bowtie

Hey, I have the SS badge in the front from 24designs.com and...... it is gross and looks cheap. Kinda like balsa wood. Does anyone know of anything better?

That looks pretty good, i like it. You know the older SS cars that GM has produced had bot hthe "ss" in the middle of the trunk lid and also on the front of the car. So i kind of want to incorperate the retro look but not in a cheap manner.

I just did this as well. I picked up a couple of emblems off of ebay for like $15. Looks a lot better with black emblems and the silver trim.

I did the DIY paint, but it's flat black instead of gloss black. Looks great. Left the chrome trim too. I'd recommend that.

I got a custom CF bow tie made. Not putting it on until spring though.

It's actually gone now, but that's the RK Sport one.. Functional ram air scoop.. Scooped it right onto my filter.. After a few minutes of shifting it left and right, it centers pretty well.. But it's still not a factory fitment..

Yeh i still think I like the look of the SS in the front, maybe with a black inlay???? I dunno I just lik it because it is like the old "SS" cars Gm produced. One ss on the front and the other on the back
