Front bumper emblem/badge

Alrighty,

Need to know something about the front badge on our bumpers. Most bodyshops around my area wont take the bumper off, shave the badge and fill+paint again. So im thinking on doing it myself (like almost everything else). Question is, is there already a place I can buy a factory looking SS/SC bumper with an already shaved emblem or am I going to have to go the route of buying some refurbed SS/SC bumper and modding it in my spare time?

Didnt know if anyone had any experience with this.

Thanks

If you're talking about the bowtie on the front then just un-bolt it, sand/fill/paint the bumper...

No need to remove the bumper as far as I know.

Generally for painting a bumper and to avoid edge overlap id take it off to paint. But yea the bow tie on the front.

not the same solution, but much easier.... just paint the bowtie. eliminating it will require filling the mounting holes and probably shaving part of the middle support it sits on becuase it is in the shape of a bowtie.

look in my gallery, mine is color matched... doesnt stand out but adds a nice touch
