Front fascia alignment

I noticed a weird/annoying thing with the front fascia on my '06 SS the other day while walking out to it in the parking lot. Where the bumper meets the bottom of the drivers side headlight, there is a nice uniform gap between the bumper and the headlight. On the passenger side, the bumper is bowed up a little bit and just touches the bottom of the headlight.

At first I thought it was just my car and I was going to make the dealership fix it; but the other day while I was eating lunch I saw another Cobalt pull into the parking lot and his was the exact same way! And his was a LS or some such so its not just a thing with SS's. I then took a quick peek through members rides and it seemed like every Cobalt I saw a front picture of is the same way......check 'em out

See what I mean? Has anybody ever noticed that before? I'm wondering how many Cobalts are like this??

I just noticed that too, was gonna have the dealer line it up when I get my first Oil Change. Mine is off more right to left though. The drivers side headlight sticks out past the vertical part and on the passenger side it is tucked in behind it. Or maybe I willl mess with it when I install the K&N Typhoon that Turbo Tech just shipped me. Woohoo.

Mine is the same way too. I looked at the other cars on the lot and they were all the same.

When I purchased my car and went to the back lot to take a look at the actual car I would be getting (test drove a different car, same model though), my boyfriend noticed this gap and we informed the dealership to fix it before I took ownership.

It was really noticeable but its fixed and i'm happy

I don't have a cobalt, I have a Pursuit. I believe they re-aligned it. Not sure. I bought it, and picked it up a couple days later after they detailed it, and did all the adjustments I wanted done.
