Upper one is pretty simple to figure out by looking at it. Or search for instructions. But the lower one you have to squeeze under the car and GENTLY pull the plastic tabs downward and push the grille outward and not inwards towards the car.

The upper grille was alittle tricky for me. Pop out the ceter of the round clips and then take the 2 bolt like things off the back of the bowtie. Then just be careful removing the upper grille.

The lower grille just has 5 or 6 clips that you pull off and than just push the grill outwards.

for the lower grille remove the metal clips and then pop it out the front. the upper grille has plastic retainers on the top remove them then reach in and remove the front bowtie. then to the left and right of the bowtie the is a plastic screw on each side. they are flat and unscrew with your fingers its that simple. the rears are even simpler.. just push them out to the rear

For the upper make sure you take out the 2 plastic screws put in to the foam guard. It took me like 30 minutes to realize I forgot those.

I just did the same thing and makes such a difference.
