Unhappy front lip problem

so i was out in like no mans land in michigan and needed to do a turn around. it was 12 at night and well i could only see so much in front of me. anyway i go to do a turn around on some grass and it dips. my front lip gets screwed up. as far as i can tell its fine. the screwed up part is these little clips that fit it into the bumper. so on my passengers side it keep popping out a little bit. Is this something where i can just some how add clips to fix it? or do i need a new lip? let me know what ya think.

I'll say you're going to need a new one. The clips are part of the lip itself and if they are broken you'll need to get a new one IMO.
