Gauge face swap!?

How hard is it to do. i wanna get the blue and white face. I'm just wondering what i have to remove to get to it?

help out my fellow new mexican
its simple just remove the dash insert thingys and then the two screws under the dash hood, and two next to the steering wheel. then 4 bolts inside the dash. it takes about 15-30 minute. and its easy

The hard part is getting the needles to realign properly. I spent a couple hours a day for a couple days adjusting and perfecting my needles. Had my GPS out telling me my speed, plugged in HPTuners to be sure my RPMS matched properly, and used that for speed as well. Im a perfectionist though, maybe its not so tough for others.

all you have to do is keep turning it counterclockwise two complete turns and rest them a litlle bit under the 0
