Gen 2 problems. (General lighting?)

I installed my Gen 2 projectors yesterday.(3bspec 6000k HID kit, if you need to know.) Initially, everything worked right, and I had to aim them. That sucked, and I'm still not done (I can't get the drivers side right)... but... last night on my way to work I noticed:

My halos and LED's do not turn on.
My interior lights for the cluster and boost gauge do not turn on.
My rear running lights do not turn on, the brake lights still work though.

When I leave the headlights on "Auto" when I unlock the car at night, the brights come on instead of the low beams.

I need my rear running lights. I can live with the rest, but I don't want a ticket, and don't want to get hit because I don't have them.

I went out this morning, pulled the headlights completely out, left everything disconnected and turned the headlights on. The rear lights still don't turn on... so that led me to believe I blew a fuse. I checked both fuse boxes and nothing obvious looked blown. I re-anchored the pole in the fuse box because that is what I initially hooked my relay to (Relay is not wired in now). I checked the bulbs, they are not blown... and the chances of 12 bulbs blowing at once is slim. I'm at a loss. Any ideas?

I'm going to bed. If you'll be available, know what you're talking about and are willing to let me call you... please PM me your phone number. I'll be up at 7 eastern.

Well, after the reassurance from you all, I went out and checked my fuse box again. I could have sworn this was the first fuse I pulled as it's called "Parking lamps" 15 amp fuse in the middle of the box. It was blown. Thanks guys.

as far as having the high beams turn on when you unlock the car with the key fob, that is normal. The stock headlights used the high beams as well but it was only at 6 volts instead of the full 12. same thing going on now.

Well, I just got back, now the halo's and LED's don't turn on. The running lights are on and the brake lights work. The interior cluster does not.

When I replaced the fuse as mentioned above, everything worked. What in the world? Half-blown fuse? hah

Completely plug n' play. Gen 2's.... I didn't splice a thing.

My HID's are wired into the ballasts and then into the bulb in the projector. I'm at a complete loss.
