well just an update looks like im stuck with the spoiler , dealership wont do squat about out. only thing that sux is that we have purchased 5 vehicles there and i guess they dont give a crap. oh well i dont really mind the low one anyhow but it was a matter of principle.

 

where is glen falls? im still down for a trunk swap

 

hey nice looking car btw emp, well glens falls in in upstate ny and your in New mexico lol thats a ways away. ide actually be willing to drive pretty far for a swap but just no one around NY that has one i guess . Im almost tempted to buy one un painted i kno a guy who owns his own body shop that would probably paint it for the cost of the paint only. but still its just another hastle lol.

 

does anyone know how much it is to take the spoiler off...i have the high mounted one at first...just traded it to the low mount now i wanted off and plugged up. I need a price of spoiler off and holes plugged and painted!

 

I just looked at a Victory red '07 SS/SC at Tommy Thomas Chevrolet and it has the low mount spoiler too. Obviously Chevy has decided to make them with both spoilers so it comes down to your taste.

 

damn that is far... but if yo do buy the high rise and want to sell the low hit me up

but im thinkin of just getting one later or carbon fiber

 

I've heard from quite a few people that the 07's were being made with a factory option of downgrading to the low spoiler.

 

i had the same problem. wanted to get the high spoiler when i told my salesman what options i wanted on my ss s/c. he missed read the window sticker. he said it was he's fault and would see what he can do about getting the high mount spolier for me. he's going to call me friday to give me an updated. i m going to see what he has to say, but i m looking at the cobalt-addictions carben fiber high mount spoiler. well c!
