what happened?

 

some guy rearened us when we were turning into the gas station b/c i was getting really thirsty and i had my turn signal on and everything i did was right and we were going about 5 miles per hr and he was prob doing about 15-20 and he slammed on his brakes and screached really loud and then pushed us about a foot or two after he hit us
and he was telling me and the cop that it was all my fault and that i was full of crap


but oddly enough this was like his 2nd or 3rd accident or point in the last like 2 months



its not that easy to fix ..... i took a look in the trunk and the trunk lid is twisted and if you look at ALLLLL the metal that is on the left side of the trunk is either bent or folded ... and i mean every metal peice in there..... and when you open the rear door .... it pops soo loud that it sounds like a loud ass backfire ...... its alot more that it looks like in the pics .....



damage that i can tell:

1) bumper
2) trunk lid
3) quater panel above wheel
4) all metal in left side of trunk is bent
5) tail light (duh)
6) rear door seems to be twisted .... slightly but enough to notice
7) exhaust got pushed about 2"
8) without looking way into it the pannel that goes along the top of the car ( the thin long peices that go from front to back) and the triangle peice looks a little off

 

i'm surprised you're not in jail for kickin his ass

lololol I had to like look at it for 5 minutes before I realized what had happened. I thought you were trying some sort of euro taillight ****, lol then I was wondering if you knew there was a big dent... Wow i'm clueless.

almost any rear end accident will be in favor of the person hit. very rarely will it be the other way around. and those are usually con artists and insurance fraud guys so there are big investigations. i cant see the pics. but i would say you were not at fault.

 

i would have kicked his ass but my wife and my 3 month old twin boys were in the car
