Halo Projectors

I'm getting a set of Halo Projectors for my '06 SS/SC, I see a few people have replaced the blue "Angel Eyes" with red ones. Is that a do-it-yourself thing? Or can you buy red ones?

Unless your laws are very diffrent up there you will be lucky if you make it down the road without getting pulled over. "Red lights only on the rear" is what they will tell you.
