Halos = FIRE

Okay, so I'm driving down the highway and all of a sudden I see sparks flying over the passenger window, so I slow down to stop and by the time im stopped my whole passenger headlamp is on fire.
I have the 1st generation Halo headlamps... I'm sure insurance is going to try to **** me on this one, I don't know what to say really.
Has anyone experianced anything like this in the past?

There should be no reason insurance should **** you, that whats its for, but then again it is insurance. Its the same thing as if you had an amp catch on fire you should be fine. i would be looking more into why it happened.

Ya they probably wont cover you, unless you have the headlights claimed and proof that they were installed by a professional.

I'd like to know why they caught on fire... I'm guessing a short or something.

Do you have HID's?
