Ty & the painting scheme is endless!
I added the shots of them Satin black mounted on the car today I had to wait for them to dry thats why I didn't have pics of them mounted... so every1 would stop thinking I left them Gloss Black!

Thanks guys, Hopefully soon they will be available... alot are talking about color & what matches ... all I want to know is if you guys like them & would buy them. If so then I can get these produced by a vendor already on the Forums, he is just waiting on my R & D.

Oh by the way, went to a GM show today & when the judge was looking at the car he never picked them up as a aftermarket part till I told him, His words...I tought they were stock!

Thanks & I just got a few more things to modify alittle, then I think they will be ready to make. I know every1 wants some thing that works & don't rub or rattle, so I want to make sure it works with no problems!
I went for a about a 40 mile ride today & no rubbing so it's looking good!

My concerns would be:
Heat build up in the headlights
Thermostat reading will be off
Airflow change into/out of the engine

Other wise nice mod and changes the whole look of the engine bay, but suttle at the same time

TY & It's not sealed off so the headlights area still breaths out the back & top
actually if any thing this will help airflow into the engine bay instead of making it whirlwind around by the headlight.... But only time will tell!

NO I very seriouly doubt that any effects will be noticed at all, Besides the fact no more leaves & less dirt behind the headlights & it looks cleaner!

I'll be finished this week & 2 week turn around, from making to testing is pretty dang Quick! I should have it all done this week, I noticed a very slight rub on the center of the plate... right at the crown of the light in the middle, I'm currently working on that & will have it done & tested again this week.
The rub I think came from closing the hood because it didn't even rub thru the paint it just marked it about 1 inch long. The fix is to cut just a little more off the light bracket & I am hurry as much as possible.. But I dont want to send out a part that isn't perfect & problem free!
