Thumbs down Headlight help!

Ok, so this problem stared a while ago. When I unlock my car, the headlights turn on everytime. But when I actually turn the car on, the drivers side light dosen't always turn on. I found if I either juggled the wires, or lighty hit the headlight, it turns on. So I bought a used wiring harness from a member here, and it seemed to fix it for a couple days. But then it starded to do it again. Any ideas? I'm not sure if the bulbs going bad, cause like I said, it turns on everytime I unlock my car, and it always turns on once I hit the headlight a couple times. Any sugestions? I have Eurodezigns bulbs, just plug n play, nothing special, in a 100% stock headlight set up.

I am having a similar issue. I think it's some kind of electrical problem. Let me know if you find out what it is.

I think it is something to do with using aftermarket bulbs. They eat up your stock wires. I am pretty sure that's what happened to mine.

Hmm, I don't know. I'm going to put my stockers back in, and just see what happens.

Check your wires and see if they look a little burned up.

Mine did the same when I installed my HIDs but only when it was cold. The problem hasn't showed for a few months now though. I'm thinkin it's electrical.

When you unlock your car via the FOB, the highbeams come on.

When you use just the headlights...you use the lowbeams...they are different filaments.

Yay

Don't forget the high beams and low beams are in the same bulb because its a dual filament bulb. So I guess check that. My ls didn't come with an alarm (its aftermarket) and my HIDs are only single filament (no highbeams) so I'm not sure if that effects anything.
